Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your knives in their original presentation boxes and place them into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned cutlery, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
